Originally from Saint Petersburg, Russia, we have always kept up with the dog show scene and been Borzoi fans. We showed Airdales, and bred and showed Kerry Blue Terriers in Russia. We were able to get our first Borzoi only after we moved to the United States in 1989. Zabava
Borzoi is located on beautiful Camano Island in Washington state.
Our dogs enjoy three fenced acres of land, a cool sea breeze, and
lots of pampering. They also spend time at home and get taken for
walks in the neighborhood. Our Borzoi love to be brought along to a
coffee shop, where they get lots of attention, bits of cookies, and
cause a sensation among the other customers. We enjoy showing our
Borzoi in conformation but they like lure coursing even more and
wish we would have them chase the "bunny" more often! Photos of our
